I still see you smiling when you welcomed me.
I still feel your care.
I still smell your presence when I am alone.

I still crave your love.
I still talk to you when everyone is gone.
I still remember all the days when you were there.

I still hear the gossips, the laughter,
the little moments we had together.
I still miss you
with each and every passing day.
My brain knows you are gone,
but my heart rejects the reality.
